It’s no secret that I love the Le Mans 24 Hour race. The race holds a very special place in my heart after Melissa and I first went there back in 2004. We managed to make in back a few times since last time back in 2012. Since then every year Le Mans has been a special weekend of celebration for us.
Sadly with Melissa’s passing Le Mans will never be quite the same again, but it will always be a very special race and a special place full of many wonderful memories.
This year of course, the real Le Mans has been put on hold till September however the ACO have decided to sanction a virtual 24 hour race in its place.
Many of the top teams and drivers will be taking part, so failing the real thing, open up a bottle of Loire Valley Rose, fire up the crepe pan and enjoy the virtual Le Mans 24 Hours.
