New Zealand's Brendon Hartley continued his great run in the British F3 International Series with a win in race one on the streets of Bucharest. It was Hartley's fifth win of the season. Despite the win, the Kiwi's team-mate Oliver Turvey finished second to extend his championship lead to seventeen points over today's third placed man Jaime Alguersuari.

Carlin Teammates Oliver Turvey and New Zealand's Brendon Hartley share pole positions for Rounds 17 & 18 of the British F3 Championship at Silverstone. For the third time in three races Turvey took pole position, finishing the first 30-minute session for Round 17 0.131 seconds ahead of Hartley.
