The European Le Mans Series continues this weekend at the Donington circuit in England.
Sadly numbers are well down but as the previous round showed you only need to make a race and with the field mostly made up of LMP2 cars there’ll still be plenty of exciting excitement.
Sadly a move by the ACO to allow GT3 cars to take part has not had any great effect, but hopefully it may be an indication of a more flexible attitude by the series which has clearly suffered as a result of the new FIA World Endurance Championship.
